Northwest Fire Systems Acquires Glacier Fire Protection
Northwest Fire Systems, LLC. has announced its June 1, 2022, acquisition of Glacier Fire Protection, a single-family home and mixed-use fire sprinkler contractor. The purchase will enable Northwest Fire to now offer the same quality fire protection services to residential clients whether it’s for homes, mixed-use or apartment complexes.
“We are excited to offer an expanded work portfolio to our customers that now involves more private sector settings, which is something we did not have the capacity to do before,” said Clark Potter, President of Northwest Fire Systems.
Northwest Fire Systems will immediately begin offering fire safety services to single-family residential and mixed-use developments. As the service territories of both Northwest and Glacier overlapped, service will cover the same geographical footprint as before. The terms of the acquisition ensured current Glacier Fire Protection employees are now employed under Northwest Fire Systems. All licensing will fall under Northwest Fire Systems.
