Checked for loose wires and battery voltage on FACP and all power supplies. Found batteries on floor 3 power supply to be old and voltage was low. Replaced (2) 12v 8ah batteries on the 3rd floor power supply. Told the customer to give us a call if the trouble comes back.
I performed maintenance on a Watts Series 909 Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) backflow preventer. This included disassembling the check valves and relief valve, cleaning all components to remove debris, replacing worn O-rings and seals, and reassembling the unit. I then conducted a forward flow test and a backflow test to ensure the device operated correctly and met water safety standards.
I installed new Amerex B500 fire extinguishers and a Notifier NFS2-3030 fire alarm system in a commercial building.
