Removed old communicator. Installed (1) starlink communicator and programmed. Sent signals and confirmed with monitoring that they were received and restored. System is online and normal.

Supervisory:Duct detector upon arrival. Found active duct in second floor office area. Reset from LED annunciator and cleared supervisory. Unable to reach duct detector. Recommend if this issue returns that we access the detector and clean the smoke head. Will need a 12ft ladder to reach.

missing and meter at 8 volts and failed load tester. Charging circuits are fine on aes and facp. Facp batteries load tested fine . AES radio key lock is busted possible tampering happen? Replaced aes battery and confirmed the 801 restoral that alarm center keeps calling about. They said the low battery came in December 7th and now reports daily of non restoral. But all should be good now as they got the restoral after battery change. See pictures for battery looks like someone tampering with it.
