Removed AES radio and installed new Starlink Cellular dialer. Sent signals and confirmed with monitoring that signals were received. Account has been commissioned and is online. System Normal.
Intermittent trouble is coming from the AES radio. Called and talked with monitoring and it sounds like some sort of outage was effecting the Redmond/kirkland area. Trouble should clear its self once AES gets their end taken care of.

I just wrapped up installing a new Watts backflow prevention system to enhance water safety and compliance. The installation included setting up a double check valve assembly, which is crucial for preventing reverse water flow and contamination. I also conducted a pressure test and calibrated the system to ensure it operates efficiently and meets all local plumbing codes.
We are working on a comprehensive annual inspections on fire alarm systems, sprinkler setups, and pre-action devices. This involved testing of fire alarm panels, detectors, and notification devices to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements and function effectively. We also evaluated sprinkler system flow rates and pressure levels, and inspected pre-action systems for proper operation. Each component was assessed for compliance with the latest safety standards, guaranteeing robust readiness and performance in emergency scenarios. Detailed reports were prepared to document our findings.

I executed the recharging of Kidde ProLine Pro 5 MP fire extinguishers, focusing on refilling with monoammonium phosphate dry chemical. The procedure involved safely depressurizing units, thoroughly cleaning to remove any residue, refilling to specified weights, and re-pressurizing to operational standards. Post-service, I conducted leak and pressure tests to ensure they were ready for immediate use, marking each with a service date sticker.
