Ryan and his team was very professional, friendly and efficient. The appointment lasted about 45 minutes and he even walked me through some of the tests he was performing on the sprinkler. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with choosing Northwest Fire Systems. Also, to mention Brady, our salesperson. Very informative and was able to meet me for a quote quickly. Panel was normal upon arrival I checked history and seen zone 1 module 5 vault tamper going in and out of supervisory. I checked both tampers in the vault and adjusted them as best as possible. It looks like one switch is newer than the other . If problem happens again I suggest replacing the older switch OS-Y type see pictures
