Evacuation map shows a pull station located at the north west exit door in the PAT room. There is no pull station in that location so it does not match the evacuation plan map. Per NFPA 101 only one pull station is required per system. It is ultimately up to the AHJ if they will require one to be installed . I have documented my findings and we will help in contacting the local fire department for their opinions or requirements. After the local fire department makes their statement. Forward their decision to CBRE and insurance company. And they can make the final decision to either add a pull station in area in question if the fire department says it’s not necessary. Or update the evacuation plan map. Main facp is located on the east side of the building across the parking lot in a different tenants space. I did not see the main facp for myself as notice will need to be given to tenant. The pull stations installed at other exits are edwards see attachment for part number. Recommend ed
