Ryan and his helper were amazing. This was my first time handling something of this nature for the company I work for, and they were great. Ryan walked through the entire process, let me know what he was doing, what needed to happen and then just got it done. They were here for about one and a half hours and it went seamlessly. Ryan performed our quarterly fire sprinkler inspection in a very professional way. We had several meetings going on at the same time while the inspection was taking place and he did this without interrupting anyone. They never knew he was here. Colby did a great job today in fixing my backflow valve which failed during the annual testing. Quick, reliable service. Keep up the Great work Colby.

Brian came to my hotel in search of an "open circuit" with our horns & strobes on the 2nd floor. He immediately knew it was an issue with one of our ADA rooms. The first room we visited he started checking the strobe/ horn sensor for continuity & voltage, he came to the last one in the room and found that a guest loosened up the mounting screw which caused it to not make the circuit. He checked the circuit and re-installed the strobe and everything was good after that. Thank you Brian for your professional experience and getting our system back in to a normal status again. Life Safety is at the top of our list for our guests always.

The best service we have had at this facility in the 5 years I have been here. Helpful, polite, efficient, and very clear in what need to be done and receptive to our concerns.

Looking for an open circuit is like trying to find a needle in the haystack. Ryan & Brian did a great job and not wasting time to locate the 2 devices that had corrosion on the terminals in my pool area. Thanks Guys for doing a GREAT JOB!!!

While 90% of techs we work with at NW Fire have been exceptional (Brandon, Jessie, Ira to name a few)......, this past experience in the customer service (tech) area was definitely in the 10% of not so great. Service good, however the tech Jeff definitely isn't someone we'd like to encounter in the future. However there were 3 techs and the 2nd and 3rd in command techs were very pleasant as well.

Thank you Conner for providing excellent service, getting a technician out quickly to make the repairs, keeping me informed. I really like the service report emails that shows the tech going on-site, the notes and completion of the service call/repairs. Thank you again!

Tom came out a performed our annual fire hydrant testing. He took the time to inspect all the caps, cleaned with wire brush and added some anti seize to the threads for easy removal and to keep the rust from developing into the future. Thanks for the Great job Tom.

Jesse stopped by today to figure out a smoke detector issue on our new fire panel, after looking at things and attempting to find a "Ghost" in the system he made a phone call to his co-worker. afterwards he punched some buttons on the panel and the Ghost disappeared. Everything is back to normal again. Thanks Jesse.

Jesse was very patience and helpful with trying to figure out where the trouble alarm was coming from. While our panel has incorrect information, we finally figured out, he explain how we can easily fix the discrepancy in the future. Awesome efforts in explaining also our battery issue.
