Found that the power supply located behind FACP in electrical rm had an output (1) trouble. Each output was set for aux power but output 1 was not working. Used empty output 5 and programmed to aux power to clear trouble.

Ryan and his team was very professional, friendly and efficient. The appointment lasted about 45 minutes and he even walked me through some of the tests he was performing on the sprinkler. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with choosing Northwest Fire Systems. Also, to mention Brady, our salesperson. Very informative and was able to meet me for a quote quickly. Due to Bradys efforts, we selected NW Fire systems to perform our checks and due to Ryan and his partners great service, we are going to continue working with NW for years to come. Very happy with the service and overall experience.
