I highly recommend NW Fire Systems. Due to the sale of my house I was informed by the house inspector I had some pipes in the attic that were exposed. It sounded like all that was needed was for the insulation to be put back on top of the pipes. This was time sensitive due to the closing date. I was initially told that the company doesnt just move insulation around but they would check for me who might do that work and get back to me. A day later I got a call from Ira at the Kent office and he offered to come out and take a look. I am so grateful he did. It was discovered that the tenting over some of the pipes had been moved and there was insulation below some pipes. He went over the entire attic and removed all insulation below the pipes and made sure the tenting was in place properly. The whole process was very reasonably priced and potential disaster was adverted. I have not had this kind of service for years from any company. I suggest anyone looking for great service to look no further and call NW Fire Systems for installation or maintenance. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to Ira and NW Fire Systems for a job well done. You guys rock!
